Kininaru Kimochi — Illusion Elevator

Kininaru Kimochi opens with an elevator attendant at work in a high-rise building. A man follows her into the lift, where the brief story moves from routine service to an adult encounter. The Japanese opening and closing cards identify the Illusion Elevator entry, also listed under the English name Feelings of Concern.
