DMCA & Copyright Removal

Copyright owners and their authorized agents may report material they believe infringes their rights. Use the feedback form and include “Copyright removal request” in the subject.

Required information

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
3. The exact HentaiVibe URL for each item you want reviewed.
4. Your name and sufficient contact information.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Incomplete requests may require follow-up. Knowingly false or misleading claims may have legal consequences.

Review and removal

Valid reports are reviewed and access may be disabled or material removed when appropriate. Exact URLs are required so the reported material can be located. Repeat or serious infringement may result in account or source restrictions.

Counter-notices

If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, a counter-notice may be submitted through the feedback form. It should identify the removed material and its former location, include a signature and contact information, and include the statements required by applicable law.
