Flutter of Birds II — Shizuka and the Cave

In this Flutter of Birds II chapter, the winter setting gives way to a cave where Shizuka meets the central male character. The file also returns to the estate and its wider cast. The source title describes only one scene, but the on-screen card and recurring characters identify the subtitled adult OVA.
