The Flash and a Blonde Woman — Justice League Parody

A Justice League title card introduces this superhero fan cartoon. The Flash meets a blonde woman in a blue-and-white outfit, and the encounter shifts between a control room and another interior. Her exact identity is not established by the sampled frames, so the page keeps her unnamed.
