Doctor Shameless 1 — Hospital Arrival

Doctor Shameless 1 introduces the hospital and its financial crisis before Doctor Ishida begins working with the staff and patients. The episode moves from the director’s office to examination rooms and follows several women rather than one patient. The Japanese title card and the donor identification support the first installment.
