Lady Dimitrescu — Resident Evil Futanari 3D Scene

The source identifies this clip with Lady Dimitrescu, and the sampled frames show a tall, pale figure with another woman in a dark interior. It is a short futanari 3D fan scene rather than an official Resident Evil episode. The available file does not establish an animator or a larger edition.
